The guest rooms are fitted with parquet flooring of light Canadian maple wood. Whenever possible, organic seasonal produce is used for preparing the tasty dishes. Meat and fish come from farms that respect animal welfare or from wild catch. Ingredients are always fresh and of the highest quality.
