Quick description

Situated right in front of the Melchsee-Frutt Cable Car, Gasthaus Waldhaus is a traditional guesthouse that enjoys a central position in Melchtal. It offers a restaurant with a large panoramic terrace serving traditional Swiss cuisine. The rustic rooms are simply kept. They include a washbasin and satellite TV. The shared bathroom facilities are located on each floor. A ski storage room is available and a ski rental shop is right next to the Waldhaus. In summer the area offers good possibilities for hiking, biking and fishing. Luzern can be reached within a 30-minute car ride. Free parking is available close to Waldhaus.
