Modern in style and well-appointed, each of the 13 en-suite rooms provides an ideal retreat for a stay in the area. The rooms offer flat-screen TVs, DAB digital radio with an i-pod docking station as well as views over the surrounding countryside and woodland. Offering tempting cuisine, the Garden Restaurant kitchen team have created a mouth-watering menu, utilising the finest local produce. From the hearty breakfast to light lunch dishes and sumptuous evening meals, the restaurant serves traditional British dishes, with a distinctive European twist. Located immediately adjacent to the Mendip Snow Sport and Activity Centre, the Lodge is just 10 minutes from junction 21 of the M5, 6 miles from Bristol Airport, 10 miles from Bristol and 25 miles from Bath.

Check-in after 23:00 may be available with advance notice. The hotel's restaurant is now open from 12:00 until 20:00 every Sunday. Weddings are occasionally hosted on a weekday. On these days, dining availability may be restricted and music may play until no later than midnight. Pets are permitted upon request, and only in the Woodland rooms, charged at GBP 15 per pet, per night.
