Featuring a panoramic sun terrace overlooking the Arzachena Gulf, Oltremare is set on a hill a 5-minute drive from Cannigione and the sea. This elegant and charming 1970s villa offers free parking. Simply furnished rooms are air conditioned and come with a satellite flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries and slippers. The rooms offer views of the sea at the horizon, and some have a spacious terrace. Some also includes free Wi-Fi. Bread, biscuits and yoghurt are served daily for breakfast along with fruit juices and hot drinks. This can be served on the communal terrace, or brought to your room upon request. An American breakfast is also available. Surrounding the property is an equipped garden with fruit trees, BBQ facilities and a children’s playground. Massages as well as a hot tub are available on site. Oltremare B&B is within a 10-minute drive from the centre of Arzachena.

Please note that massages and access to the hot tub are available at extra charge. Horse riding, excursions, use of the terrace and hot tub are possible from May until October.
