CGF Palais Real is a self-catering studio located in a residential area of Cannes, a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 20-minute walk from the town centre. It features a west-facing terrace, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi access and free private parking on site. The studio has a fully-equipped, separate kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine. There is a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area and a wall bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. You will find a choice of shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the studio. The Palais des Festivals is a 20-minute walk away.

For arrivals after 19:30 and departures before 07:00, the property will charge a fee of EUR 75. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Rental is available at the property. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
